This bike was built primarily as a ‘winter’ bike but also capable of doing some light touring. With this brief in mind the frame was designed to have enough clearance to fit 28mm tyres along with full mudguards. The geometry has been made to give a very stable and comfortable ride; having long chainstays to give the tyre clearance and heal to pannier clearance also helps to smooth out road vibrations. At the front we have a shallow 72° head angle coupled with forks having 55mm of rake to take the ‘sting’ out of our potholed UK roads!
